Vanessa Marroquin serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Hiller Enterprise Inc., a tax and real estate investment corporation that provides strategic, results-driven solutions for families, and entrepreneurs. In her role as COO, Vanessa leads the overall management and operations of the firm, overseeing all employees from onboarding and training to workflow efficiency and performance metrics. She plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, accountability, and consistent client satisfaction across all departments.

Vanessa also serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships, where she leads negotiations and cultivates relationships with organizations that align with Hiller Enterprise’s values and long-term vision. Through these partnerships, the firm is able to collaborate with top-tier tax professionals, financial experts, and industry leaders to provide clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions. She drafts and reviews all partnership agreements and contracts, oversees the billing and accounts department, and works closely with the marketing and social media teams to ensure accurate and professional representation of the firm’s brand. All client-related concerns are escalated to Vanessa to ensure timely resolution and the highest level of service.

In addition to her executive leadership role, Vanessa is a licensed Real Estate Agent operating under the Hiller Enterprise Brokerage. In this capacity, she supports clients with real estate transactions, investment opportunities, and strategic acquisitions that align with their broader financial and tax objectives.

Vanessa brings over 13 years of legal experience as a Paralegal, with specialized expertise in Workers’ Compensation, HOA Law, and Personal Injury.

In Workers’ Compensation, she managed cases from inception through settlement, including medical management, coordination of PQME and AME appointments, review of medical-legal reports, preparation of settlement demands, and negotiation of attorney liens. She also oversaw the training and development of paralegals and legal assistants and maintained professional relationships with medical providers.

In HOA Law, Vanessa handled HOA complaint matters and managed complex projects, including overseeing the Restatement Department responsible for updating CC&Rs and Bylaws. She also managed amendments, lender projects, and the ongoing updates of association rules and regulations to ensure compliance and operational consistency.

In Personal Injury, Vanessa managed and oversaw the Statutory Oversight Department, supervising paralegals and legal assistants to ensure all client matters were properly tracked and accounted for. She ensured compliance with departmental policies and statutory requirements and confirmed that all complaints and filings were prepared and submitted accurately and within required deadlines.

Vanessa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Judaic Studies from the University of Arizona, with a Thematic Minor in Law and its effect on minority communities. Within the Social and Behavioral Sciences Department, she excelled in advanced coursework focused on Judaism, as well as history courses examining the role of women in Judaism. Additionally, she obtained her A.A in Anthropology from Los Angeles Valley College as well as her Paralegal Certificate from Los Angeles Valley College through its Paralegal Academy program and went on to obtain her California real estate license, further expanding her professional skill set.

Outside of the office, Vanessa prioritizes wellness and family. She enjoys finding relaxation through sound bathing, Pilates, and yoga classes. She also values spending quality time with her husband and their son, traveling together and attending events such as comic book conventions.
