Kristy is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in Information Technology, bringing a strong foundation in technology systems, business applications, data analysis, and project management. She is recognized for her reliability, precision, professionalism, and strong communication skills, as well as her ability to adapt effectively within dynamic corporate environments.

In her role as Executive Administrative Assistant, Kristy works closely with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure all assigned initiatives and operational tasks are executed accurately and efficiently. She serves as the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients, providing consistent, high‑level communication and support. Kristy proactively monitors client accounts, ensuring all parties are informed of potential issues, including missing documentation or invoicing concerns, and collaborates closely with the firm’s billing department to maintain accurate and current account records.

Kristy regularly engages with the President and Chief Operating Officer to identify, communicate, and address potential operational issues. She also collaborates with the Social Media and Marketing teams, assisting in the evaluation and implementation of updates to the firm’s digital presence to ensure alignment with organizational standards and objectives.

Leveraging her extensive IT expertise, Kristy partners with executive leadership to stay current on Microsoft platform updates and to identify modern tools and technologies that support operational efficiency and the firm’s continued growth. Her strategic mindset, technical proficiency, and commitment to excellence make her a valued and trusted asset to the organization.

On her free time, she enjoys trying new food places with her husband, cooking, playing with her two dogs Sophie and Sadie, and spending time with her family on outings.
